The METAL-TECHNIKA plant was established in August 1998. At the beginning, the plant dealt with wood processing. Over time, the plant transformed into a typical machine production plant.
The machines offered by our company are used in many areas of business activity. They can be used in both large and medium-sized and small plants. To satisfy our customers, we strive to
constantly ensure quality and modernize the machines we produce. Design solutions are the result of our own development activities, and the machines manufactured comply with safety requirements.
Metal-Technika Rafał Cygan has implemented and uses a Quality Management System compliant with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 standards, confirmed by a certificate issued by the Polish Center

Optimizing cross-cut saws OWD-1600
The OWD-1600 optimizing cross-cut saw is intended for users who need accurate cutting of boards to size. The cross-optimizing saw produced by METAL-TECHNIKA allows you to cut several boards or beams,
etc. at one time, as well as cut out wood defects with optimization between the defects. The machine is equipped with a program that allows you to create catalogs with dimensions. Each catalog
can contain 15 dimensions in three classes. We offer both the OWD-1600 model and all optimizer models with a sorting table for elements. Optionally, we offer an inclined conveyor for waste,
an automatic feeder for a planer, and a sorting table with material pickup rollers.
Optimizing cross-cut saws OWD-1700
OWD-1700 is our new optimizer model. It has a capacious buffer table enabling continuous feeding of material. You can easily perform automatic material collection from a planing or stacking
machine. Easy and convenient operation is ensured by a large touch screen, giving access to advanced cutting statistics. In the latest version of our optimizing saw, we offer the possibility
of uploading languages, including: Ukrainian, Russian, English and others.
Optimizing cross-cut saws OWD-1500 lallet
OWD-1500 version for cutting pallet blocks - this is an option derived from the basic OWD-1500, without the possibility of cutting out defects in wood, but instead adapted to cutting material
with a cross-section of max. 380 x 100 mm is usually connected to the pallet nailing line through a distribution table that allows for unattended feeding of the block after cutting directly
to the pallet nailing line. Thanks to this solution, it is possible to speed up the process of preparing and feeding pallet blocks and reduce the number of people needed for the entire process.
The entire set of machines - the optimizer and the distribution table - is adapted to the efficiency of the pallet stripping line. The optimizer can also work as an independent device.
The OWD-1500 version for large-size cutting is based on the design of our basic OWD-1500 Optimizer. Modifications that were made to the machine's structure resulted in an increase in the
cross-sections that can be cut on the machine to the maximum. Thanks to this, with appropriate material logistics (delivery and collection), the machine is able to produce, for example, 90
mᶾ of an 80 cm long pallet board in one eight-hour shift.
WPA-3000 and WPA-6000 plasma cutters
